Thermal SIL Pad

Thermally conductive SIL PAD is a high-strength material with glass fiber material in the middle. It is a substitute for BERGQUIST SIL PAD. It is highly electrically insulating, wear-resistant and puncture-resistant, and has excellent thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity from 0.7 ~3.5w/mk is available, the thickness is 0.23~0.3mm, and the size can be customized according to the needs.
